Cracked

Driving down the A3 every day to Uni has many advantages - a 25 minute journey as opposed to 1-1.5 hours walking/getting the train, much cheaper than the train, driving the opposite way to all the London-bound commuters…
However, every so often it has its own annoyances. On Thursday evening, speeding along at 70mph I heard that re-assuring clonk of a small stone hitting the windscreen.
Not until yesterday evening though did I notice a rather large crack at the bottom, right in the centre.
I’m getting it replaced on Monday for £50 - thank goodness for Fully Comp insurance.
