Where is everybody?

December 23rd, 2006 by James

I drove back across the country to my parent’s house last night after our work Christmas meal.
In theory it should have been a nightmare journey, what with the fog, the Friday night commute and the increased Christmas traffic.

Instead, I’ve rarely done the trip so quick. Very few people were about. I hit the M25 at around 6pm - not something I’d usually want to do on Friday evening rush hour, but still sailed through at 70.

So I ask the question, where is everybody? Because they ain’t flying out of Heathrow at the moment! ;)

Just a few days to go…

December 19th, 2006 by James

What a wonderful time of year it is this year at this time.

Why? Because there are only 53 days to go until the gates of Staines Wonderland open again.

Oh, and something about Christmas too.

More intelligent (or perhaps I should say more intelligent) blog posts coming soon…
