The Uniqueness of Sheep

Over the summer I visited a theme park with a unique claim to fame: it has the only rollercoaster in the world with a herd of sheep living underneath.
Next year, that claim will no longer be valid.
But never fear, fans of all things wooly: the sheep are not going anywhere. Megafobia is to be joined by a steel cousin, ready to provide even more shelter under its 97degree drop.
Yep, that’s not a typo. 97 degrees. Think vertical drop, then think more. Tom’s found a video if you can’t work it out with a protractor.

What with this, Project Stealth at Thorpe (exactly how long does it take to choose a name?) and Cobra at Paulton’s, there’s a nice lot of UK construction to follow this off-season. Then of course, there’s March…
